MUMBAI MULE

Prep (for 5-6 drinks)

  • Mumbai mix:

    • Roast 2 tsp of coriander seeds, ½ tsp of cumin seeds, seeds from 5 cardamom pods, and a pinch of saffron at low heat till aroma is released

    • Boil ½ cup water with ¼ cup sugar and ½ cup chopped fresh ginger

    • Blend it all together, strain, and chill

Mix

  • 2 oz Vodka

  • 1 oz of Mumbai mix

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • Add to cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20-30 seconds

  • Pour into chilled glass, top off with sparkling water/ club soda and garnish with mint
