SAMAY'S OAXACAN OLD FASHIONED

Prep

• 1" orange peels

• A few orange slices

Mix

• ​In a glass mix 1 tsp. agave nectar with 2 dashes of chocolate bitters

• Add one large ice cube or several small ones

• Gently stir in 2 oz. Mezcal

• Squeeze orange peel and drape over ice

• Add a slice of orange for extra sweetness if needed
