BLOOD ORANGE AND CHILI MEZCALITA
Prep (for 5-6 drinks)

Chili-Turmeric Concoction:

Mix and cool 1 cup of hot water, ½ tsp New Mexico chili powder, ¼ tsp desi turmeric powder, 2 tbsp agave syrup

Juice 6 blood oranges

Mix coarse Himalayan sea salt & New Mexico chili (3:1 for glass rim)
Mix

1.5 oz Mezcal
-
1. 5 oz blood orange juice
-
6 oz chili-turmeric concoction
-
Ice
-
Juice of 1/2 lime
-
Shake it up in cocktail shaker
-
Rub lime over glass rim and coat with salt + chili mix
-
Optional garnish with slice of blood orange
