TEQUILA Y CHUTNEY 

Prep (for 5-6 drinks)

  • Indian style dates and tamarind chutney:

    • 12 dates boiled 

    • 1.5 tsp of tamarind paste 

    • 1 tsp roasted cumin

    • 1/2 tsp salt

    • 1/4 tsp sulphur salt

    • Blend above ingredients with 3/4 cup water

Mix

  • 1 .5 oz Tequila 

  • 6 oz tamarind chutney 

  • Ice 

  • Juice of 1/2 lime 

  • Shake up in cocktail shaker 

  • Serve in glass rimmed with salt of choice
