AARTI'S KOKUM G & T

Prep (for 5-6 drinks)

  • Kokum concoction:

    • Soak 8-10 pieces of kokum for a few hours and boil in 1 cup water

    • Strain water and cool

    • Add 1/2 tsp (each) salt, cumin, chaat masala

    • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • Chop 2 jalapenos in rings

Mix

  • 1.5 oz Gin of choice

  • 6 oz Kokum concoction

  • Tonic water of choice

  • Ice

  • Add 4-5 jalapeno slices, stir in glass and serve
